Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi digital di era revolusi industri 4.0 telah membuka peluang besar dalam bidang ekonomi, terutama melalui pemanfaatan smartphone sebagai sarana bisnis. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, yang belum mampu memanfaatkan teknologi ini secara produktif. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan bisnis daring anggota PKK Kutilang RW 07, Perumahan Papan Mas Tambun. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui metode ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung (hands-on training). Materi meliputi pembuatan konten promosi menggunakan aplikasi Canva, pengelolaan akun bisnis di WhatsApp Business dan Instagram, serta strategi personal branding untuk membangun kepercayaan pelanggan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep bisnis digital, kemampuan membuat konten promosi, dan kepercayaan diri dalam memasarkan produk secara daring. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis komunitas mampu meningkatkan keterampilan digital sekaligus memberdayakan ekonomi keluarga. Model pelatihan ini juga berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi program pendampingan berkelanjutan dan diterapkan di komunitas lain sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis teknologi.
Abstracts - The rapid development of digital technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era has created vast economic opportunities, particularly through the use of smartphones for business activities. However, many communities, especially housewives in the PKK group, have not been able to utilize this technology productively. Based on this issue, this community service activity aimed to improve digital literacy and online business skills among members of PKK Kutilang RW 07, Papan Mas Tambun Housing Complex. The training applied a participatory approach through interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The materials included creating promotional content using the Canva application, managing business accounts on WhatsApp Business and Instagram, and developing personal branding strategies to build customer trust. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of digital business concepts, promotional content creation skills, and confidence in marketing products online. This activity proved that community-based training effectively enhances digital competence while empowering household economies. The training model can be further developed into a sustainable mentoring program and replicated in other communities as a form of technology-based social empowerment.
